Porcelain Veneers
Eight (8) porcelain veneers were placed by our talented dentist from UR4 to UL4 (namely upper right first premolar to upper left first premolar), filing down the teeth only mildly, closing nicely all the gaps, respecting the gums interface, adding natural characteristics such as the discreet white spots along the incisal edges, choosing slightly different shade for all veneers (although they look the same, actually they aren’t) in order to achieve a harmonic result and making sure that the patient is happy from start to finish whilst actively participating through all stages together with making decisions.
Dental Implants
This gentleman has been a long-standing patient of Dr Farid Asghari, who has had other dental work as well as dental implants in the past. On a recent occasion he came to the practice with a fractured central tooth. After discussing options, patient and Dr Asghari were happy to extract the tooth and place a dental implant in its replacement.
Once treatment was completed the patient was very happy with the result of not only the implant itself but the shade and contour of the final implant crown.
Porcelain Bonded Crowns
This lovely lady had an accident a couple of years ago; sadly lost her crown on UL1.
Our “master of art dentist” (that’s what this patient is now calling him) advised her to have the UR1 replaced too. Firstly, as the crown margins were poorly fitting causing gum inflammation. Secondly, as the crown shade was not matching the natural colour of her teeth.
Finally, when treatment was completed, the patient loved her two new porcelain bonded crowns and is ever so happy with them and ever so in love with her new smile, as still all good and in place.
Bridge and Crown
This lovely lady was a very nervous patient when she first came to us with concerns of her smile.
After receiving not only implant surgery to support two bridges but also orthodontics, veneers and crowns all done by Dr Asghari, patient has been overwhelmed with her new smile, which has given her a new found confidence that she cannot stop smiling about.
Chrome Cobalt Denture, Bridges and Crowns
This lady’s life changed a few years ago as her smile drastically improved.
Our lovely dentist gave her the confidence to smile again by providing a chrome cobalt denture replacing her back missing teeth, supported by two sets of porcelain bonded bridges and crowns on the front teeth.
8 years later, the patient is still amazingly happy with her treatment.
Orthodontics & Teeth Whitening
This lovely young lady who hadn’t been to a dental practice for many years due to fright of a dentist was very self-conscious of her smile.
After 2 years of orthodontic treatment with Dr Asghari and teeth whitening this patient states she ‘loves finally having the confidence to smile’
Tooth Whitening on Heavily Discoloured UR1
Impressive internal tooth whitening on heavily discoloured UR1 following successful root canal treatment on it as this was non-vital for a number of years. The whole procedure was supervised and completed by this lovely lady with home-kit technique.
Replacement of discolored veneers
This lovely patient had veneers on her upper lateral incisors for 15years that didn’t match the colour of her natural teeth. She joined Bespoke Dental to have aesthetic treatment earlier this year. Our highly experienced associate dentist Ioannis recommended to replace the existing restorations with new porcelain veneers, after a session of teeth whitening complimented with incisal bonding of the upper centrals.
Bonding of fractured portion on upper central tooth (child)
This 13 year old boy had an accident and sadly broke a third of his front tooth approximately.
His mum contacted us immediately and advised her to put in milk the fractured portion of the tooth that she fortunately kept safe.
The patient was seen the soonest possible by our minimally invasive restorative dentist and the fragment was bonded back to the actual tooth uneventfully.
An x-ray was taken prior to treatment, the tooth is still vital on review, the prognosis is rather good and the vitality needs to be monitored on a regular basis.
No further intervention needed at all so far.

Root Canal Treatment – Endodontics

Following the demanding removal of the old poorly fitting metallic posts-cores, two successful root canal re-treatments were provided by our restorative dentist on both upper central incisors together with adhesive fiber posts and core build ups prior to the final porcelain bonded crowns placement.
The final components and crowns fit now so much better, giving a good long term prognosis for both restorations despite their complexity. Both teeth are now infection free and decay free.
